Mini Stays

Mini Stays

All mini stay programmes are design to improve vocabulary, communication and grammar through interactive classroom learning. Students will
be encouraged to work in small and large groups on projects and learning activities.

Over 4 mornings students will dive deeper into the real culture of the British culture through interactive activities lessons set both in and outside our town-based classrooms delivered by native-speaker teachers and guides.

During the afternoons our young learners will be taken on meaningful excursions that boost their knowledge and confidence so they can talk confidently and become more fluent in communicating in English.

Each day students will be guide by professionals to produce their very own Vlog as a visual memory of the sights, sounds and culture of this great country and an exceptional record of your stay to show your family and friends

Mini Stays (10-13)

At this age students flourish with experimental tasks that stimulate both their imagination and desire to achieve.

This programme is designed to bring the best out of these early teenage learners. Providing them with opportunities for personal and academic development through communication in English as they compile their own Vlog.

Over 4 mornings within a modern classroom environment teachers introduce participants to the language and culture of the English which is then practiced and contextualised in the afternoons then recorded on film. Further developmental work is done within the homestay as they share their experiences with the host family over dinner. A half-day and full-day excursion add to the experience and film-content.

Mini STays (14-16)

At this developmental stage, teens begin to open their eyes to a wider world as they look beyond their curiosity.

This programme offers more for the hungry minds of teens drilling deeper into English culture affording them with greater creativity in producing their own Vlog.

Guided by local teachers, participants spend 4 mornings in our modern classroom being introduced to the language and culture of the English. During the afternoon this put into context and added to their video diaries. Over dinner in the evenings students share their experiences with the host family. A half-day and full-day excursion bring more variety to both their experience and film-content.

Mini Stays (16+)

Older students will benefit from the linguistic and developmental input that not only enriches their knowledge but also provides them with the confidence to practice their second language in an English-speaking environment.
