Transfer Options
We provide a return transfer service between your chosen airport and our summer camp accommodation.
Students travel independently or in a group from their home country to the UK, arriving at one of our supported airports to begin their adventure with UKG Language
Which Airports Do You Offer Transfer From?
We offer airport transfers from:
- Heathrow Airport
- Gatwick Airport
- Bournemouth Airport
- Southampton Airport
- Other airports on request: [email protected]
What are the standard arrival and departure times for airport transfers?
To fit within our standard transfer schedule:
- Arrivals: before 12:00pm
- Departures: after 12:00pm
Transfers outside these times may still be possible but will incur an additional charge (flights arriving very early or late at night)
Are airport transfers included in the camp price?
No. Airport transfers are not included in the camp price but can be booked on as an added extra.
Return transfer prices:
- £125 – Heathrow or Gatwick (arrival before 12pm / departure after 12pm)
- £180 – Heathrow or Gatwick (arrival after 12pm / anytime departure)
- £50 – Bournemouth / Southampton Airport (arrival & departure anytime)
Who will meet my child at the airport?
A member of our trained staff will meet your child at the airport, help them feel safe and welcome, and accompany them all the way to camp. On arrival, students are taken straight to their group and settled in by our team.
Can we arrange for our own airport transfers instead?
Yes. Families may organise their own airport transfers if preferred. Please let us know your travel plans in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival at camp.
