Today marks 1 year since UKG Language and Learning opened its doors as a dedicated language and learning school in Ringwood. And what a year it has been.
From welcoming international students improving their English, to supporting young people in Alternative Provision, this past year has been filled with growth, achievement, and community.
A School Built on Opportunity
Our vision was simple: create a safe, supportive environment where students could build confidence, develop practical skills, and feel truly valued.
Over the last 1 year, we have welcomed students from the UK and around the world. International learners have immersed themselves in British culture while improving their spoken and written English. At the same time, our Alternative Provision students have benefited from personalised learning plans designed to rebuild confidence and re-engage them with education.
As a language and learning school, we are proud to offer more than just lessons. We provide real experiences such as excursions along the South Coast and collaborative classroom projects that build communication and teamwork skills.
Supporting Every Student
One of the defining features of our first 1 year has been the relationships we have built. Small class sizes, professional teaching staff, and a strong focus on wellbeing have helped students feel safe and supported.
