Expanding vocational learning spaces to help young people find their passions and build confidence.
Our new centre is taking shape. After acquiring two additional premises, we’ve transformed an empty room into a range of exciting vocational learning spaces. the response from students has been amazing.
A new centre for new opportunities
At UKG Learning, we’re always looking for ways to provide the best possible experience for the young people we support. That’s why we’re excited to share the progress of our new centre — a major expansion that will create even more opportunities for students accessing our Alternative Provision in Ringwood.
After acquiring two additional office spaces, work has been moving at an incredible pace. One of these spaces has already undergone a complete transformation, changing from an empty room into a vibrant learning environment filled with vocational opportunities.
From empty room to inspiring learning space
Just a few weeks ago, the room was completely empty. Since then, our construction team has been hard at work planning layouts, building walls, creating dedicated learning areas and moving in furniture and equipment.
The transformation has happened remarkably quickly, with every space carefully designed to support engagement, confidence and personal development.
Expanding vocational opportunities
The new centre has been designed to give students access to a wider range of vocational pathways, helping them discover what they enjoy and where their strengths lie.

Student feedback has been incredible
One of the most exciting parts of the project has been welcoming students into the new centre. The response has been greatly positive, with many already discovering areas that spark real enthusiasm.
Creating spaces where young people feel comfortable, engaged and motivated is central to everything we do at UKG Learning.
Supporting Alternative Provision across the region

Every room has been designed with our ethos in mind: ensuring that each child is seen, heard and supported. Whether a young person is drawn to creative arts, engineering, wellbeing or hands-on practical skills, our new centre provides the space and structure to explore and grow.
What’s next?
This is just the beginning. While one of our new centres is now operational, work continues on further developments that will provide even more opportunities for students in the future.
We’re incredibly proud of what has been achieved so far and would like to thank our team, students and supporters who have helped make this vision a reality. We look forward to sharing more updates as our new centre continues to develop.
