Half Day

The New Forest National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty that offers a scenic mix of natural lowland heath and wooded forest. Walk among the natural beauty of the woods and heathland and meet the local wildlife, ponies, donkeys, deer, pigs and cattle, all owned by local commoners.

Christchurch & Mudeford Beach

Half DAy

Like Ringwood, Christchurch is a traditional market town with a beautiful priory and harbour area with amazing views of the rivers Avon and Stour. With Christchurch’s history of smuggling and its famous fish market on Mudeford Quay, it makes a beautiful half day out.

Walk along the white sands and tide line of Mudeford beach and see what has been washed up from shells, driftwood to other interesting artifacts. Once you have built sandcastles and paddled in the sea drop a crab line in the quay and see what you can catch.

Salisbury Cathedral & Stonehenge

Half Day

A half day excursion to Salisbury and Stonehenge provides an insight to two parts of English history in one excursion. Salisbury Cathedral built between 1220-1258 is described by many as one of England’s most beautiful Cathedrals. It is also the home of a copy of the Magna Carta, one of the most of important documents in British history.

Stonehenge a UNESCO World Heritage Site can be dated back to over 5,000 years ago and gives a glimpse of England’s Neolithic past. There is great debate on how Stonehenge was built and what it was built for. Take a tour and see if you solve the mystery.

Bath City

Full Day

Rich in history, Bath has been regularly visited since Roman Times and is famous for its Roman baths and thermal hot springs. Bath is a compact city with outstanding architectural beauty, winding alleyways and beautiful boutique shops. Along with its museums and galleries, it is a beautiful day out for those interested history and shopping.

Always make time for a visit to the historic Royal Cresent and Circus which is a filming location for many famous television and film productions.

Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Jurassic Coast

Full Day

Take a step back into the past with a walk along the Jurassic Coast. Explore the beautiful beaches and coastline, with its crystal-clear waters and beautiful coastal views. Walk down to Durdle Door, a film for location for Pirates of Caribbean and Doctor Who, and enjoy the beauty of the amazing Door. It is truly one of kind and a memory all of our visiting groups cherish.

Enjoy the walk from Durdle Door to Lulworth Cove, taking in the beautiful coastline and stunning sea views. Walking down into the cove you will be welcomed with a stunning panorama of the coast, surrounded by beautiful clear waters.

Oxford

Full Day

What visit to England would be complete without a visit to the centre of learning and education in the UK. Oxford with its historic colleges, gardens and winding city streets is a perfect day out. Known as The City of Dreams and Spires, it is famous for its university and more recently a main filming location for the Harry Potter film series.

With its mix of the historic and modern, Oxford is perfect day out for all learners visiting England.
