ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Waiting Charge: If taxi waits over an hour after the flight has landed you will need to pay a £30 charge.
- Unaccompanied Minor Service: There is a £100 fee for a member of staff to wait with the student for collection by airline staff. This service MUST be booked with the airline at time of booking flights.
- Dietary Supplement: There is a £30 per week fee for special diets (such as vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, halal).
- Insurance: We STRONGLY ADVISE students to arrange insurance to cover all your expenses if there is a cancellation. This should also cover medical expenses and all other risks of travelling and staying abroad.
- Group Bookings: Private airport transfers can be arranged for groups; contact us for a personalised quote.
